Anxiety in an everyday life

1 Cor. 1:25 – “For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.”
We arrogantly presume that our actions can change the plans of God.  That somehow either by will or by fault, what we do might stop the eternal will of God from being accomplished.  How silly it is.  Even if God could have a low point, it would be greater, wiser and stronger than anything we could think of or do.
So with that truth in mind, why do we suffer from anxiety? Why do we think that our worry might change the will of God or the actions of men? God’s will is good, and holy and perfect.  The actions of men are affected only by the Spirit of God within Him or the workings of temptations and sin within him.
We must trust God even when we don’t understand. If you find yourself in a position you do not like, find painful or fearful, then you must remember, you are only here by God’s permission.  Just as Satan was not allowed to afflict Job until God allowed it, the same is true for you.  And if God allows it, He has a purpose.  His glory is the ultimate end. But we can trust Him, as His children, and walk faithfully in these times.  Why? Because we know will be blessed through these times as well, maybe in this life, but certainly in the age to come.
